**Photography Terms and Conditions Please read carefully before booking. **

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms and Conditions apply to photography services contracted between the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) and the photographer (hereinafter referred to as “the Photographer”). By placing a photography request, the Client is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 (Photography Fees)

    1.    Fees are based on the quotation or price list provided in advance.

    2.    Photography fees include technical charges and equipment costs. Transportation, accommodation, studio rental, and other expenses will be billed separately.

    3.    Payment shall, in principle, be made by bank transfer, PayPay, or another designated method no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled shoot.

    4.    An additional travel fee may be charged if the shooting location requires more than one hour of travel.

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy)

    1.    Cancellation up to 8 days before the scheduled shoot: no charge.

    2.    Cancellation 3 to 7 days before the scheduled shoot: 50% of the fee.

    3.    Cancellation on the day before or the day of the shoot: 100% of the fee.

    4.    In cases of postponement due to bad weather or force majeure, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Article 4 (Delivery of Work)

    1.    Deliverables will be provided via GigaFile (JPEG; RAW files available upon request).

    2.    Delivery will, in principle, be made within 2 weeks from the date of the shoot.

    3.    Standard retouching (brightness and color adjustments) is included. Advanced retouching or editing will incur additional charges.

Article 5 (Copyright and Usage Rights)

    1.    Copyright of all photographs remains with the Photographer.

    2.    The Client may use the photographs only for the purposes agreed upon by the Photographer.

    3.    Secondary use, commercial use, or modification of the photographs requires additional permission and fees.

    4.    The Photographer reserves the right to use the photographs for portfolios, social media, exhibitions, etc. (If the Client wishes to keep the photographs private, prior consultation is required.)

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

    1.    In the event that photography becomes impossible or data is lost due to natural disasters, accidents, or equipment failure, the Photographer shall not be held liable beyond the amount of the photography fee.

    2.    The Client shall be responsible for the safety of themselves and third parties at the shooting location.

Article 7 (Amendments to Terms)

These Terms and Conditions may be revised as necessary. In such cases, the most recent version shall apply.
